AhCaribe provides a digital platform that enables users to purchase:

• Prepaid data plans
• Other prepaid telecommunications services

for themselves or for third-party recipients in supported countries.

All services are fulfilled through third-party telecommunications providers.

To use our Services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all transactions
• Ensure the recipient’s phone number, country, and carrier (if applicable) are correct
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

You are solely responsible for any errors in the information you provide.

All purchases made through AhCaribe are final.

Once a top-up or data plan has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s mobile account:

• The transaction cannot be reversed, canceled, or modified
• The service is considered fully performed

• All prices are displayed at the time of purchase
• Prices may include applicable fees or service charges
• Payments must be made using approved payment methods

AhCaribe reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time
• Cancel or refuse transactions at its discretion

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting a payment, you:

• Authorize the charge to your selected payment method
• Agree to the terms of the payment processor

AhCaribe does not store full payment card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

In general:

• Successfully delivered services are non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered only in limited cases (e.g., failed delivery)

AhCaribe provides access to prepaid mobile top-ups and data plans through third-party telecommunications operators and service providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these telecommunications networks.

As such:

• Service delivery depends on third-party mobile operators
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or immediate delivery
• Product characteristics (including data volume, speed, validity, and availability) are determined solely by the mobile operator

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details
• Once delivered, services are final and non-reversible

AhCaribe is not responsible for:

• Incorrect information provided by users
• Carrier-related service issues or outages
• Changes made by telecom providers to plans or services

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be:

• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Available at all times

We may suspend or modify the Services at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Review transactions for fraud or suspicious activity
• Request additional verification
• Cancel or block transactions or accounts

This may occur without prior notice if deemed necessary for security.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with AhCaribe are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AhCaribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of service
• Financial losses arising from failed or delayed delivery

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AhCaribe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Incorrect information provided by you

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of: California, United States.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations first
• If unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts in the applicable jurisdiction
