Welcome to AhCaribe ("AhCaribe", "we", "our", or "us"). AhCaribe LLC operates the platform described in these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and AhCaribe and govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). They incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By accessing, registering for, or using our Services, or by completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

AhCaribe provides a digital platform that enables users to purchase:

• Mobile phone top-ups (airtime and balance)
• Prepaid data, voice, and messaging plans
• Other prepaid telecommunications products offered from time to time

for themselves or for third-party recipients in the countries we support. The countries, carriers, products, and prices available may change at any time without notice.

All telecommunications services are fulfilled through independent third-party operators and aggregators. AhCaribe acts as an intermediary that facilitates the purchase and delivery of these products and does not itself operate any mobile network.

To register for or use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date
• Not be barred from using the Services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to anyone who does not, or who we reasonably believe does not, meet them.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and, if you create an account, for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for every transaction
• Ensure the recipient's phone number, country, and carrier (if applicable) are correct before confirming an order
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use
• Use only payment methods that you are authorized to use
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

You are solely responsible for any errors in the information you provide and for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

All purchases made through AhCaribe are final.

Once a top-up or data plan has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s mobile account:

• The transaction cannot be reversed, canceled, or modified
• The service is considered fully performed

• All prices are displayed at the time of purchase
• Prices may include applicable fees or service charges
• Payments must be made using approved payment methods

AhCaribe reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time
• Cancel or refuse transactions at its discretion

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting a payment, you:

• Authorize the charge to your selected payment method
• Agree to the terms of the payment processor

AhCaribe does not store full payment card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

In general:

• Successfully delivered services are non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered only in limited cases (e.g., failed delivery)

AhCaribe provides access to prepaid mobile top-ups and data plans through third-party telecommunications operators and service providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these telecommunications networks.

As such:

• Service delivery depends on third-party mobile operators
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or immediate delivery
• Product characteristics (including data volume, speed, validity, and availability) are determined solely by the mobile operator

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details
• Once delivered, services are final and non-reversible

AhCaribe is not responsible for:

• Incorrect information provided by users
• Carrier-related service issues or outages
• Changes made by telecom providers to plans or services

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be:

• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Available at all times

We may suspend or modify the Services at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Review transactions for fraud or suspicious activity
• Request additional verification
• Cancel or block transactions or accounts

This may occur without prior notice if deemed necessary for security.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with AhCaribe are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AhCaribe and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Loss of service, delay, or interruption caused by a telecom operator
• Financial losses arising from failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as for fraud or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AhCaribe and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law
• Incorrect or unlawful information provided by you, or your infringement of a third party's rights

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or any policy incorporated into them
• We detect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity, or are required to do so by law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:

• First, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith by contacting support@ahcaribe.com
• If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, our partners, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
